Meet Ricky

Ricky’s construction story began at 13, when his older brother took him under his wing after their father passed away. At 16, he entered union trade school for professional painting. An interior decorator recognized his talent and encouraged him to build a business of his own. By 21, Ricky had earned his contractor’s license and started a construction company.

Over the decades, his experience expanded across remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, interior and exterior improvements, repairs, and finish construction. He also earned a Certificate of the Arts, with training in color harmony, wood graining, and marbleizing—giving him an uncommon eye for finishes, proportion, and how a home should feel.

Ricky later added real estate licensing and Realtor experience, along with extensive training in sales, customer service, and working with homeowners. Today, he brings construction knowledge, design sensitivity, real-estate perspective, and straightforward personal service to every conversation. He listens first, explains options clearly, and helps homeowners move forward without pressure.
